A sales Ninja is required to join a new and exciting start-up. You will work initially in a small team of skilled professional Recruitment entrepreneurs and your position will grow with the organisation as it expands and reaches new heights. We are looking for someone who will align themselves with our vision and put their ‘all’ into the companies success, and in so doing their own.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
The sales and marketing of Global Talent Mine services to various industries, including recruitment and selection consultancies.
Account manage the business you bring in working closely with a candidate sourcer specifically sourcing the types of talent your clients need.
Develop new business reaching and maintaining targets set and maintaining those accounts ensuring clients receive a ‘Platinum service’.
At least 2-3 years Sales and Marketing experience
Some experience within recruitment and selection, job boards or Human Resources
You must have a Valid driver’s licence and your own transport
Ability to work with all levels of staff confidently and respectfully
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
Continuously seeking to develop personal skills and learn – must have the attitude that knowledge is power and ever-evolving
Self-driven and ambitious
This is a commission only job for the first 3-6 months then a basic will be discussed in addition to your commission.
