A Sales Ninja is required to join a new and exciting small business. You will work initially in a small team of skilled professional creative entrepreneurs and your position will grow with the organisation as it expands and reaches new heights. We are looking for someone who will align themselves with our vision and put their ‘all’ into the companies success, and in so doing their own.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
The sales and marketing of Global Talent Mine services to various industries, including recruitment and selection consultancies, but mainly small to medium concerns. This would involve promoting the brand and the free advertising of all open vacancies on the site, along with selling access to featured advertising slots, access to the Job Seeker database (Where you make your money!), Promoting and selling our CV Advice, Design & Creation, Career Coaching, psychometric Assessment, Skills Assessment and Interview Skills training e-Services.
Account manage the business you bring in working closely with your client, ensuring they get the very best use and return on investment from advertising on the Job Board and accessing our Job Seeker database. This role could incorporate assisting them to write the best ads to showcase their needs, training them on the best way to access the skills needed on the site, holding their hands and assisting with everything even pushing the right talent towards their roles – all to ensure they become continuous partners and repeat business on the site.
Develop new business reaching and maintaining targets set and maintaining those accounts ensuring clients receive a ‘Platinum service’.
Please note this is not a ‘recruitment sales role’ and I do not want someone expecting to be a ‘recruiter or candidate sourcer& Manager’.
At least 3-4 years Sales and Marketing experience. Commission schedules will be expected, showing how well you matched and exceeded your previous targets. Sales / Marketing must be a passion and must run through your veins!
A tertiary qualification would be amazing! but not essential if you are a natural born over-achiever and sales demon.
Experience within advertising sales, recruitment and selection, job boards / Job Portals, Sales & Marketing and Client development and management is essential.
You must have a Valid driver’s licence and your own transport.
Ability to work with all levels of staff confidently and respectfully.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently, mostly remotely, and on occasion in a team environment.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
Have the mentality of running your own business and managing your time accordingly as opposed to working for a manager and relying on them for your workflow
Continuously seeking to develop personal skills and learn – must have the attitude that knowledge is power and ever-evolving.
You must be able to manage your own time to be as effective as possible every day of the week. So Self-driven and ambitious would be among your core competencies.
This is a commission only job for the first 6 months then a basic will be discussed in addition to your commission. You have the power to write your own paycheck! Full training and support will be given and may get paid a small basic depending on how successful you are in your first month.
