Primary Purpose of the Position

To provide PA / Administrative support to the Transformation Manager and the Transformation Department

Requirements
• Post Matric qualification in administration
• 2-3 years’ experience in administration / PA to Directors
• Good communication skills
• Good computer skills ( Excel and Word)
• Must be fluent in English and one other African language

Agricultural industry and Bursary administration an advantage

Main Responsibilities:

1.Administer Bursary contracts

2.To liaise with the bursary/ internship and Workplace students on all the administrative issues

3.To liaise with universities/colleges to ensure that invoices and student academic results are received in time.

4.Administer internship and WPE contracts

5.To receive bursary and internship applications and respond to the applicants

6.In liaison with the Transformation Manager, administer the enterprise development contracts

7.To maintain, develop and continuously improve the administration support systems of the department including but not restricted to information filing and retrieval systems

8.Responsible for placing of orders and processing of invoices ensuring timely payments

9.To assist the Company Secretary in arranging and providing administration support of departmental meetings as required including but not restricted to meeting invitations, agenda, catering and compilation of paperwork

10.To assist in organizing all Transformation events including but not restricted to the following events

•Bursary Induction

•New Farmer Induction

•Transformation Symposium

11.To coordinate, compile and provide departmental information reports as required, liaising with colleagues as required
